The Role

The Senior Media Account Executive, Ace Media will be accountable for managing a book of business comprised of endemic vendor advertisers, helping those vendors growth their businesses at Ace and engage with the Ace consumer along the path to purchase using Ace Media Network’s robust portfolio of owned, onsite and offsite media tactics. The role will partner closely with merchandising, media planners, media buyers, analysts and reporting tools to ensure campaigns meet vendor objectives.

Success in this role is two-fold: it is first defined by deepening partnership through a thorough understanding of their vendor’s businesses at Ace, helping identify the right media tools and tactics to deliver growth and hit the client’s objectives and solidifying our perception as “the Helpful Network”. Secondly, the role is accountable to deliver revenue growth and manage an accurate pipeline and forecast.
 

Responsibilities

  • The Senior Media Account Executive will be responsible for identifying opportunity based on business pain points and bringing vendors solutions that help them meet shoppers along the path to purchase via the Ace Media Network portfolio of digital solutions

  • The role will play the role of quarterback across merchandizing, media planners, media buyers and analysts to identify opportunity, design campaigns that fit client objectives and ensure that they deliver. 

  • Owning a book of business and driving the selling cycle with a portfolio of vendor clients including working with different groups that own advertising and marketing budgets (Shopper Marketing, Ecomm teams, Shopper Agencies, National Agencies of Record, Digital Teams)

  • Developing trusted client relationships

  • Interpretation of campaign performance to optimize future recommendations

Qualifications

  • Experience in consultative selling, with proven ability to deliver sales results

  • Experience engaging with retailers and Vendor clients across marketing verticals, including Ecomm, Trade, Shopper Marketing and Digital Media

  • Comfort interpreting closed-loop media measurement tying marketing to sales using retail data

  • Proven client leadership skills; ability to develop relationships and influence

  • Analytical acumen to make decisions; understand and optimize media campaigns

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to internally partner on behalf of the client

  • Effective and proactive project management skills

  • Ability to articulate and translate client objectives to build a media plan

  • Strong understanding of digital and social platforms as well as their use in marketing

  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrated ability to share actionable recommendations in a concise and persuasive manner

  • Bachelors' degree B.A. / B.S

  • 6 years working experience, 4+ Digital media and advertising experience

  • Travel is encouraged to advance client relationships

Compensation Details:

$135000 - $172200 Per Year
