Responsibilities
- Coordinate interactions and maintain oversight for supervisory examinations and regulatory communications.
- Manage events related to regulatory exams and ongoing monitoring including data aggregation and meeting coordination.
- Advise internal stakeholders and business lines on regulatory obligations and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with global compliance teams to ensure US regulatory adherence.
- Manage remediation plans for audits and regulatory examinations.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
- Membership in a US state Bar in good standing (California or New York Bar preferred).
