Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of AML and Sanctions Compliance professionals supporting US and Canada AML programs.
- Oversee and scale AML investigation and SAR filing processes within first and second line.
- Act as liaison during internal and external audits and regulatory examinations, managing remediation actions.
- Provide input on AML and Sanctions risks related to new products and services.
- Develop and conduct BSA/AML training programs to promote compliance awareness.
- Collaborate on updating BSA/AML policies and procedures in response to regulatory changes.
Education
- Relevant degree in Finance, Law, Business, or related field preferred (implied by industry standards).
