Responsibilities

- Apply design patterns and best practices for quality through code reviews and metrics.
- Identify and integrate AI-powered tools to improve software delivery efficiency and quality.
- Support and coach team members on leveraging AI services.
- Foster teamwork and mentorship through code reviews and pair programming.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams for collaboration.
- Champion innovative ideas and support systemic improvements.
- Adapt and grow skills as team and project needs evolve.
- Support organizational engineering practices including recruitment and community engagement.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field.
