Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor project engineering teams to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Lead cross-functional teams through end-to-end program delivery including hardware, firmware, software, manufacturing, and product domains.
- Develop and maintain master program schedules aligned with project goals and timelines.
- Provide regular status reports and escalate issues to leadership to unblock workflows promptly.
- Manage internal and external cross-team dependencies to keep projects on track.
- Facilitate technical decision-making and resource negotiation across multiple teams and programs.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues early in the program lifecycle.
- Continuously improve development processes and foster effective team collaboration and communication.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
