Responsibilities
- Own development and deployment of Air Dominance & Strike technologies in partnership with the Chief Engineer.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Department of Defense customers to ensure rapid iteration and solution delivery.
- Manage program progress including cost, schedule, and resource allocation across multiple programs.
- Implement lightweight processes and metrics for program planning, scope, and risk management.
- Foster a high-performance culture and identify team development and recruitment needs.
- Collaborate with finance and business development for proposal pricing strategies.
- Work with senior management to shape strategic R&D roadmaps.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related technical field.
