Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and coordinate with Production, R&D, Business Development, IT, Recruitment, and Senior Executives.
- Plan, manage, and coordinate office space set-ups, build-outs, moves, and space utilization.
- Execute facility tasks and oversee vendor management for maintenance and repairs.
- Manage ticketing systems and purchase orders, and present project progress and documentation updates.
- Lead seating and space utilization planning including onboarding support and internal event coordination.
Education
- Relevant post-secondary education preferred.
