Responsibilities
- Lead coordination and execution of program initiatives across teams and subject matter experts.
- Provide guidance and direction to program team members including engineers and mission operations.
- Develop system-level understanding of integrated autonomous weapon systems and software.
- Embed with U.S. DoD end-users to understand objectives and constraints.
- Act as power user of Anduril hardware/software and train others.
- Support execution of large-scale events to test multi-domain robotic systems.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and external partners.
- Contribute to proposal development in coordination with business development and legal teams.
- Manage communication standards within the program internally and externally.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and identify risks impacting delivery.
- Drive continuous process improvements for program efficiency.
- Serve as Action Officer on special projects.
Education
- STEM degree is a plus
