Responsibilities
- Support Design Product Manager in partnering with Industrial Design to bring new products to life
- Manage lifecycle of show models, prototype development, livery production, and final delivery
- Maintain global showroom standards ensuring cohesive and high-quality product presentation
- Serve as single point of contact for hardware inventory system and track prototype models
- Oversee project spend, update financials, and report budget status monthly to Design Operations
- Distill meeting notes into actionable items to ensure team accountability
- Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, facilities, technical operators, and vendors for successful deployment
- Manage vendor relationships for new builds and refurbishments while informing internal stakeholders
Education
- No specific degree mandated
- Professional experience of 3-4 years in project or program coordination required
