Skills

- Strong facilitation and coaching skills, preferably with ICF accreditation.
- Expertise with instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Proficiency in digital learning technologies including Cornerstone LMS and LinkedIn Learning.
- Excellent interpersonal and mentoring abilities.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and multiple priorities effectively.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage internal coaching programs, providing executive and mid-level coaching.
- Utilize assessment tools to guide coaching and development planning.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify coaching opportunities.
- Develop scalable coaching frameworks and templates for consistency and impact measurement.
- Design and deliver leadership development curricula for various leadership levels.
- Create and implement leadership competency frameworks linked to career pathing.
- Develop career pathing frameworks and learning paths across job families.
- Support talent reviews, assessment tools, and development pipelines for critical roles.
Education
- Coaching certification such as ICF PCC or higher.
- Certifications in assessment tools like DiSC, MBTI, Hogan, StrengthsFinder, or Korn Ferry Leadership Architect.
