Are you a dynamic recruiter with a knack for sourcing top talent and building meaningful relationships? Aspire is seeking a Part-Time Recruiter to join our team and play a crucial role in attracting and hiring exceptional candidates. Position Summary:

The Part -Time Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent and working closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs to develop effective recruiting strategies. The position will identify and engage top candidates who fit the company culture and meet the qualifications for various positions. This position also attends job fairs, connects with local colleges for talent and generates regular reports to assess sourcing strategy success and other key recruitment performance metrics.


Position Responsibilities:

The following represents the primary position responsibilities, but other related duties may be assigned to meet the organization's needs.

  • Source talent through job boards (Indeed, Job Target, Handshake, LinkedIn).
  • Screen candidates for positions through various methods.
  • Build relationships with hiring managers to understand the needs for the roles.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Develop recruiting relationships with local colleges and community organizations to advertise job openings and engage students/members.
  • Accurately track recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in recruiting.
  • Attend job fairs and recruitment events to attract top talent and build brand awareness.
  • Partner with the HR Specialist – Team Member Support to coordinate job fair logistics, including booth setup, materials, and staffing for job fair events.
  • Identify and maintain recruiting metrics that have the greatest impact on sourcing, selecting, and retaining talent.
  • Generate recruiting data through regular reporting.

Requirements

and Preferences:

  • High school diploma or GED, Bachelor’s degree preferred. 
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in recruiting, human resources or related field; three (3)+ years, preferred.
  • Minimum two (2) year of experience using an applicant tracking system (Paylocity preferred) and other recruiting tools.
  • Experience working with Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Valid driver’s license with good driving record, required.
  • Experience working in a non-profit organization, preferred.

Part Time (regularly scheduled to work 20 hours per week):
