Responsibilities
- Serve as a drafting resource for design staff and ensure adherence to company standards.
- Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for producing site plans including soil erosion, grading, storm sewer, and construction layout drawings.
- Analyze survey data and legal documents to understand existing site conditions and development constraints.
- Modify plans according to revisions mandated by agencies, municipalities, and clients.
- Communicate progress and workflow status with Project Managers and Team Leaders to meet chargeability goals.
Education
- High School Diploma required.
