Responsibilities
- Lead Product Engineering, Design, and Research organizations focused on user-facing AI developer tools.
- Manage multiple product engineering teams and managers of managers.
- Drive 0→1 product innovation and iterative testing to find product-market fit.
- Collaborate closely with PMs, designers, researchers, and founders to prioritize high-impact initiatives.
- Oversee quality, UX polish, product instrumentation, and rapid iteration cycles.
- Build and retain a high-performing, product-minded engineering organization.
