Location: Houston, TX | Schedule: M–F, 8am–4:30pm | Contract: 5 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive outpatient primary care
- Manage chronic and acute conditions
- Perform routine wellness checks
- Coordinate care with VA clinical teams
- Maintain EHR documentation standards
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified/Eligible in Internal or Family Medicine
- Active medical license (any U.S. state)
- BLS & ACLS (AHA only)
- Valid DEA & NPI numbers
- Clean background (OIG check)
- 3 professional references
