- Technical fluency to discuss search infrastructure, ML-ranking, and UX tradeoffs with engineers.

- Passion for mission-driven products, especially public safety or regulatory systems.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive product strategy for Axon's full search stack including UI, infrastructure, data models, and third-party integrations.
- Define and operationalize product vision focused on delivering quick insights and safer outcomes based on customer feedback and KPIs.
- Collaborate across multiple Axon product pillars to deliver a unified One Axon Search experience.
- Guide feature development such as global and conversational search, personalized defaults, and role-based filtering.
- Simplify search experiences to enhance trust and eliminate cognitive friction.
- Mentor product managers and collaborate closely with engineering, design, and customer teams.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
