The Senior Manager of Power Platform team leads the strategic planning, execution, and governance of enterprise-wide initiatives that drive digital transformation through Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform. This role is responsible for enabling a modern, collaborative, and productive workplace by aligning technology capabilities with business needs, ensuring adoption, and delivering measurable outcomes.
As a Senior Manager, Power Platform you will be responsible for:
Leading the Modern Work Program Management Office (PMO), overseeing a portfolio of initiatives across Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Viva, etc.) and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents).
Defining and executing the modern workplace strategy, in partnership with IT, HR, Communications, and business stakeholders.
Driving program governance, ensuring compliance, security, and scalability of solutions built on M365 and Power Platform.
Championing user adoption and change management, leveraging data-driven insights to improve engagement and productivity.
Managing a team of program managers, analysts, and platform specialists; providing coaching, performance management, and career development.
Establishing and tracking KPIs and success metrics for modern work initiatives, reporting progress to executive leadership.
Staying current with Microsoft roadmap updates and industry trends to inform strategic planning and innovation.
Demonstrating and leading employees to exhibit Baker Hughes core values of Grow, Collaborate, Care, and Lead.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Engineering, Finance, Business or High School Diploma\GED with 10-years of equivalent job experience.
Minimum 5-years’ overall experience in Information Technology or business developing and deploying digital solutions, with at least 3 years in a people leadership role.
Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Power Platform capabilities.
Proven experience leading enterprise-scale digital workplace programs.
Strong understanding of change management, governance, and user experience design.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Certifications such as PMP or Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-900, PL-900) are a plus.
