Responsibilities
- Lead and expand the U.S. Product Development, Technical Design, and Production teams and processes.
- Partner closely with the Asia-based teams to align standards, timelines, and quality control.
- Oversee the LA-based sample room to drive design-led innovation and prototyping.
- Manage global supplier relationships and production timelines, especially in South Asia and China.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Design, Merchandising, Planning, and Finance for margin and delivery goals.
- Drive Fast Made-to-Order initiatives to enable rapid, low-inventory production.
- Develop and maintain scalable SOPs and lead team hiring, mentorship, and succession planning.
Education
- Bachelor's degree required.
