- Deep knowledge of U.S. and international tax laws and compliance
- Strong working knowledge of ASC 740 and GAAP tax accounting principles
- Experience managing tax audits and working with global tax authorities

Responsibilities
- Lead global tax functions including direct, indirect, international tax, transfer pricing, and tax provision reporting
- Oversee preparation and filing of U.S. federal, state, local, and international tax returns
- Manage quarterly and annual tax provision process aligning with GAAP
- Develop and implement international tax strategies supporting business goals
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws including VAT/GST and cross-border transactions
- Monitor global tax legislation changes and recommend responses
- Manage transfer pricing policies and documentation in accordance with OECD regulations
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Treasury on tax aspects of business initiatives and M&A
- Manage relationships with external tax advisors and auditors
- Lead and support tax audits and tax authority inquiries
- Build and lead a high-performing internal tax team fostering continuous improvement
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- CPA certification or master’s degree in taxation strongly preferred
