Responsibilities
- Support recruiters with daily interview scheduling and candidate communications
- Manage recruitment operations including job posting and tracking activities in Workday and Greenhouse systems
- Ensure high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Facilitate communication and partnerships with hiring managers, recruiters, and recruitment coordinators
- Participate in recruitment process improvement initiatives and projects
Education
- Minimum 1 year professional experience in recruiting or coordinator role
