Skills
- Full-cycle recruitment expertise
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (preferably Greenhouse)
- Ability to source passive talent and build pipelines
- Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions independently
Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
- Align recruitment efforts with workforce planning alongside HR leadership
- Define job requirements and revise job descriptions
- Manage sourcing efforts to attract a diverse candidate pool
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines
- Promote internal talent mobility
- Guide candidates and hiring managers through recruitment lifecycle
- Maintain data accuracy in applicant tracking system (Greenhouse preferred)
- Develop compensation recommendations with HR leadership
- Present and negotiate job offers, assist with background checks and onboarding
- Advise hiring managers on best practices in talent acquisition
- Represent Brightcore Energy in the renewable energy community
- Perform other assigned duties
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
