Title Analyst

We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Title Analyst to join our team.  In this role, you will examine property titles, research public records, and prepare detailed title reports.  The successful candidate will help ensure that real estate transactions proceed smoothly by identifying and resolving any issues related to property ownership.

What You’ll Do:

• Daily job duties include title review of construction projects, mitigating potential risk for the organization, managing pipeline.
• Conduct thorough research on public records, court documents, and other legal materials.
• Performing title activities such as obtaining lien releases, reviewing divorce decrees, reviewing trusts, and corporate documents as it relates to loan origination or loan servicing.
• Work closely with Corporate Counsel, Title Curative Specialist, Closing Team, and Loan Officers by providing updates on current title reviews and provide solution-oriented answers.
• Order and follow up on all necessary curative documents.
• Work across departments to help resolve any issues.
• Perform other related duties and special projects, as assigned.

• Detail-Oriented: You have an eye for precision and ensure that all title documents and processes are handled accurately.

• Team Player: Collaborative mindset, working with multiple teams to ensure smooth operations and loan progression.
• Proactive: You take initiative and work independently to solve complex loan scenarios and improve workflows.
