Responsibilities
- Conduct initial client assessments and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals for client insights
- Perform naturalistic client observations in individual and group settings
- Create simulated conditions to observe client behavior
- Formulate and administer individualized treatment plans
- Adjust interventions as required and recommend additional treatments
- Review and approve behavior plans, provide training, and supervise support staff
- Stay updated on evidence-based research and best practices
- Perform other duties as assigned
Education
- Master's degree, PsyD, or PhD in early childhood education, special education, psychology, or related field
- Specialized knowledge in behavioral health and treatment philosophies
