- Experience with audio, video, HMI, networking, security, and connectivity software stacks
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic vision for Android System partition aligned with organizational goals
- Lead and organize global cross-functional software engineering teams
- Manage budgets, staffing, and personnel development across software teams
- Drive collaboration and communication across teams and stakeholders
- Oversee contractors and vendors to ensure project success
- Lead financial planning and budgeting for software development
- Spearhead innovation and research initiatives for software platform evolution
- Develop and maintain software architecture roadmap and technology stack
- Communicate project status and technical challenges clearly
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define software requirements and metrics
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field
