ROLE HIGHLIGHTS - What to expect as a Compliance Coordinator:

In this role, you will be the welcoming face for the team, modeling support, efficiency, and a can-do mentality no matter the task at hand. The Compliance Coordinator provides next level hospitality, customer service, responsiveness, administrative assistance, attention to detail, and organization - working as a right hand support to the Branch Administrator - and focusing on the following:

  • Preparing, updating, auditing, and ensuring complete Client files – paper and digital, and care management platform.
  • Adding notes, activity, updates, and emails to Client profiles on the care management platform.
  • Preparing for new Client Intakes – including preparing Client folders, Client welcome notes, and Client Welcome Gifts.
  • Preparing for, Hosting and Training New Hire Agency Orientation each week
  • Enthusiastically and responsively answering phones and greeting visitors
  • Conducting Client Quality Improvement Evaluations
  • Collaborating with Case Managers to support quality continuity of care for Clients
  • Sending Clients cards for various occasions: welcome, birthday, get well, sympathy
  • Ordering office supplies and maintain complete inventory, and maintaining a clean, tidy, and welcoming office environment
  • Serving as Interim Designee for the Administrator and Scheduling as needed

Next Level Professionalism

  • Experience handling highly confidential and sensitive information. - and/or -knowledge of best practices for handling PHI as governed by HIPAA
  • Mature interpersonal, discretion, and judgment skills

Communication

  • Ability to articulate orally and in writing with respect, clarity, and consistency, providing frequent communication and relaying updates regularly
  • Excellent written and oral communication and fluency in English

Tech Savvy

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Sharepoint, Outlook)
  • Proficient with technology, software, and electronic devices

EDUCATION AND SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Specialized experience with the following:

  • At least 2 years experience as a Resident Care Coordinator, Administrative or Executive Assistant, Business Office Manager, or Client Relations Specialist.

Educational requirements:

  • Prefer bachelors in Healthcare Administration, Business, or Marketing
