Specific Responsibilities Would Include

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer with a true 360° creative skill set in our Lifestyle Brands portfolio with a focus on the Dockers brand.  This role requires someone who can lead with conceptual thinking and execute flawlessly across a wide range of deliverables—from packaging and signage to photo shoot art direction and post-production. You should be equally comfortable designing, and on set—able to guide creative, mark-up imagery, and roll up your sleeves to get the job done. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Concept and design packaging, signage, digital assets, and wholesale partner graphics that reflect the Dockers brand.
  • Art direct and support seasonal photo shoots, including making selects, marking up images for retouching, and managing post-production workflows.
  • Upload, organize, crop, rename, and manage image libraries across retouching and asset management platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on campaign development, in-store executions, and digital content.
  • Provide hands-on retouching and resizing when needed to meet tight deadlines or high-volume requests.
  • Maintain consistency in brand identity across all creative touchpoints.
  • Stay current on trends in fashion, photography, typography, and layout design to keep the work relevant and fresh.
  • Be comfortable with generating AI content.

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have

  • 6–8+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or retail environments.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, XD); experience with Capture One, Pixels is a plus.
  • Proven experience art directing photo shoots—both studio and lifestyle.
  • Strong understanding of post-production, file organization, asset workflows, raw file processing and image optimization for print and digital.
  • Keen eye for detail in composition, color, typography, and photography.
  • Collaborative attitude and the ability to balance creative vision with practical execution.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines in a high-volume creative pipeline.

Salary Range: $78,400 - $98,000

 

At Centric Brands, we believe our people are our greatest asset, and we seek to structure competitive compensation offers to ensure that we are able to attract and retain the best talent. Our job postings include an annual base salary range at the time of employment. The stated base salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on several factors, including the selected candidate's educational and professional experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the selection process. Base salary is a part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, annual bonus and other Centric Brands sponsored benefit programs.
