- Categorize billings and costs throughout the project lifecycle and monitor financial results.
- Track and analyze project budgets vs actuals and prepare job cost reports.
- Reconcile and explain job cost variances with producers within two months post-project completion.
- Assist with quarterly budgeting, financial close, and monthly P&L analysis.
- Provide biweekly P&L forecasts and variance analysis to office leadership.
- Manage month-end close processes and track office expenses.
- Deliver ad hoc financial reporting to support decision making.
