Codegen is hiring a full-time Senior/Staff Compute Platform Engineer to build our next generation compute infra. The role involves iterating on features, prototyping solutions, and refining them to enterprise standards. Qualifications
Significant experience managing Container Orchestration clusters.
A minimum of 10 years of software engineering experience.
Demonstrated maturity in judgement and the capability to architect large systems independently.
A strong background in backend development, particularly with complex, stateful systems, and profound Python and/or data processing experience.
Proven track record as a prolific developer who collaborates effectively with teams and can assume the role of a tech lead on projects.
Self-guided with a knack for identifying and solving problems without needing supervision.
Previous AI experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
