Dental Operations Coordinator
Overview
This position supports the facility's dental operations, ensuring operational and financial effectiveness. The Dental Operations Coordinator collaborates with operational and dental leadership to meet and achieve organizational goals.
Dental Operations Coordinator salary range: $25.25 p/h-$31.56 p/h DOE with ability to go higher for highly experienced candidates.

Responsibilities
Description of Primary Responsibilities:
- Serves as a liaison between the front and back dental office, promoting a positive work culture.
- Collaborate with clinical and operational leadership and team members to coordinate and facilitate optimal patient flow and quality patient care.
- Works in partnership with clinical and operational leadership and dental team members to meet and achieve organizational goals.
- Provides training and development support to ensure all dental team members demonstrate knowledge of operating procedures and protocols.
- Analyzes practice performance and establishes processes that increase productivity and efficiency.
- Partners with dental leadership and other members of the management team to resolve any operational issues promptly
- Fosters accountability, teamwork, and mutual trust and respect for all dental team members through mentoring, training, and coaching activities.
- Helps to assure continued accreditation with regulatory
- Must uphold confidentiality at all times regarding CBHA activities, reports, financials, patient health information, and other proprietary information specific to
- Upholds clinic policies and procedures, including the WE CARE standards of Behavior
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Health Care Administration; Training and experience can be substituted for formal education, depending on nature and Minimum of five years of healthcare experience.
