Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3-5 years of data experience, preferably in financial services.
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications and SQL Server.
- Ability to design, create, and implement reports and dashboards.
- Experience with process improvement, project management, and agile development.
- Strong organizational, communication, project coordination and leadership skills.
- Critical thinking and attention to detail.
- Client service orientation and effective teamwork.
- Problem solving and decision making.
- Adaptability to change.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business needs and consult with management to develop business cases.
- Define scope and objectives of engagements.
- Create and execute test plans and facilitate user acceptance testing.
- Prepare status reports and communicate with stakeholders.
- Act as liaison between business units and Enterprise Data team.
- Lead project teams in accomplishment of data efforts.
- Facilitate meetings, set priorities, and resolve problems.
- Identify and pursue process improvement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria following Agile methodology.
- Lead quality assurance test plans and testing.
- Research and resolve data issues with potential solutions.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams for successful delivery of data solutions.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in math, finance, computer or data science, business management, management information systems or related field preferred.
