We are seeking an experienced leader with a successful track record in delivering, building, and scaling a consulting organization. The selected candidate will be responsible, as a player/coach for building and scaling delivery based on industry frameworks and best practices while leading a growing team and delivering some high-impact projects.

The Director of Consulting will use various methodologies and tools to align the vision, creation and execution of delivering a white glove experience to Contrast customers.

Reporting directly to the VP of Sales Engineering, the role will be instrumental in the success of the team, establish repeatable onboarding processes and delivery frameworks to ensure high customer satisfaction, rapid adoption, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve the delivery framework, onboarding methodologies, and consulting processes to support both embedded and billable services.

• Actively lead and deliver strategic onboarding and consulting projects, serving as a trusted technical advisor for key customers.

• Recruit, develop, mentor, and manage a growing team fostering a high-performance and customer-first culture.

• Define and own key success metrics, including onboarding time, adoption rate, and customer satisfaction (CSAT).

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Support, and Product to ensure seamless customer experiences and successful deployments.

• Support pre-sales efforts as needed, including scoping, estimating level of effort, and contributing to Statements of Work (SOWs).

• Manage resource allocation, project delivery timelines, and budgets to ensure successful outcomes.

• Develop and maintain PS operational reporting and dashboards to provide visibility into project status, team utilization, and overall delivery health.

• Establish best practices, templates, and continuous learning plans to scale the team effectively as the business grows.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in Professional Services or Consulting roles, with at least 4 years in a leadership capacity within SaaS, Application Security (AppSec), or broader security domains.

• Previous experience leading a rapid growth consulting practice

• Proven success acting as a player/coach, balancing team leadership and hands-on delivery responsibilities.

• Deep technical expertise in SaaS and security solutions, with strong application development knowledge and implementation knowledge.

• Demonstrated ability to design and scale onboarding and services delivery frameworks.

• Exceptional communication skills and a strong track record of driving high adoption and customer satisfaction.

• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills; able to work seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders.

• Strong project management, change management, and operational skills.

• Experience working in fast pace and rapidly changing environment

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required; advanced technical certifications or master’s degree preferred.
