A fantastic Critical Access Hospital in Morrisville/Stowe Vermont is looking to add an Executive Director of Physician Practices to its executive team!

Copley Hospital is a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital and a center of orthopedic excellence, offering a variety of services including orthopedics, cardiology, emergency medicine, neurology, oncology, general surgery, and more. We pride ourselves on positive patient outcomes and offer top-notch care! With decades of experience, Copley Hospital provides comprehensive coordinated services that can be accessed in a timely manner by patients.

We are seeking a highly organized Executive Director of Physician Practices. This key leadership role requires a proactive, hands-on approach to managing both the operational and strategic aspects of our medical practices across multiple locations. You will be responsible for implementing high-level strategic initiatives under the guidance of the Chief Executive Office and maintaining efficient and effective daily operations. This position involves managing complex patient interactions, driving the development of processes and systems, and managing staff. Your leadership will be crucial for day-to-day operations and requires strong managerial skills and an understanding of medical office procedures.

The Executive Director of Physician Practices will have previous leadership experience in a hospital or healthcare system. We are looking for a motivated and empathetic individual committed to excellence in healthcare management.
