- 7+ years of full-stack development and tool creation experience
- Experience with self-hosted UNIX environments and Docker container management

- Strong programming skills in Go and JavaScript
- Ability to improve delivery pipelines and enable confidence at scale
Responsibilities
- Develop novel solutions to reduce engineering drag and improve developer productivity
- Collaborate with engineering leaders and managers to enhance quality and reliability
- Build internal processes and tools to optimize developer experience
- Mentor team members through code review, pair programming, and training
- Share knowledge publicly via videos, writing, and mentorship
- Leverage AI tools to prototype and accelerate decision-making
Education
- Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in software development
