Position Summary
The Customer Service Representative is the face of Aetna and impacts members service by handling customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, internet, or written correspondence. Customer inquiries are basic and at times complex nature. CSR engages and understanding while using tools and resources to help guide the members along a clear path to care. Must reside in the state of Louisiana ( Baton Rouge area) and Texas ( San Antonio area).

Required Qualifications

  • Must reside in the state of Louisiana ( Baton Rouge area) and Texas ( San Antonio area).
  • 1 + years of Customer Service experience in a transaction- based environment such as a call center or retail location.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of Healthcare or Medicaid experience.
  • Bilingual is preferred.
  • Exposure to Care Management.
  • Telework experience.
  • Trauma Informed care training.
  • Experience in a production environment.
  • Familiarity with de-escalations.


Education

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$17.00 - $28.46

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
