Responsibilities
- Collaborate with strategy teams to understand client challenges and co-create effective visual products.
- Solve end-user challenges and deliver on business goals through visual design.
- Prototype visually with internal and external teams in real time handling complexity.
- Create infographics, charts, diagrams, presentations, and other visual products for print and digital use.
- Develop clear information hierarchies and frameworks for enhanced understanding and retention.
- Design branding schemes or follow existing guidelines for client-specific consistent looks.
- Iteratively improve solutions based on feedback from partners and clients.
- Mentor and delegate tasks to junior designers while managing deadlines and workload.
- Bring creativity, curiosity, and openness to problem-solving.
- Preferred: write scripts, create storyboards, cut audio tracks, and produce motion graphics.
Education
- Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design, UX Design, Visual Journalism, Visual Communications, or related field.
