- 6+ years experience as an Account Manager in advertising, media, or digital marketing.
- 2+ years client-facing experience in media, entertainment, sports, or music verticals.
- Expertise in entertainment marketing measurement including brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Programmatic and full-funnel campaign knowledge with biddable media platforms.
- Strong analytical abilities to derive insights from campaign data.
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills.
- Technical aptitude for campaign troubleshooting and problem solving.
- Understanding of digital media formats, buying tactics and campaign optimization specific to entertainment.
Responsibilities
- Drive client success and campaign performance for media and entertainment advertising clients.
- Manage day-to-day communications with clients and internal teams.
- Provide quantitative and qualitative reports to optimize key accounts and earn repeat business.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations, and Data Science teams to ensure client success.
- Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with Discord's entertainment advertising goals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand audience goals and upsell campaigns.
Education
- Relevant education or training in advertising, marketing, or related fields is preferred though specific degrees are not mandated.
