Responsibilities
- Envision and execute long-term product design strategies that improve the Dasher shopping experience.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with PM, Engineering, Research, and Operations teams to influence product and design strategies.
- Innovate and push creative boundaries to enhance visual design and impact across the Dasher marketplace.
- Lead design efforts that accommodate various market nuances including groceries, convenience, and pets.
- Ensure designs facilitate flexibility and financial stability for Dashers.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field preferred.
