We’re looking for a Technical Sourcer to help us find and engage world-class candidates across technical roles. You’ll be part of a small, fast-moving recruiting team and play a critical role in shaping our top-of-funnel strategy. Some days you’ll be deep in Ashby or Pin building pipelines; other days you’ll be crafting targeted outreach or partnering closely with hiring managers to align on profiles. We’re growing quickly, so there’s lots of opportunity to make an impact.
Talent pipelines for critical roles across engineering, product and hardware
Outreach strategies and messaging that reflect Eight Sleep’s brand and mission
Candidate maps and research for future hiring needs and competitive intelligence
Close collaboration with recruiter and hiring managers to refine sourcing priorities
Clear metrics and reporting to track sourcing performance and drive continuous improvement
3+ years of sourcing experience in a fast-paced startup or agency environment
A strong track record of building pipelines for hard-to-fill technical and/or business roles
Great written communication skills and the ability to craft compelling outreach
Strong organizational skills - you know how to prioritize and self-manage
Familiarity with sourcing tools like Ashby and Pin
A bias for action and curiosity, you like trying new approaches and solving problems
This role is based in our San Francisco or New York City office
