Your Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable RPA solutions using UiPath, including Agentic AI and Document Understanding features
- Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, including requirements, design, testing, deployment, and support
- Troubleshoot and optimize automation workflows for performance and reliability
- Collaborate cross-functionally with architects, analysts, and engineering peers
- Deploy solutions and ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems
- Document processes, maintain clean code, and share automation best practices with the team
- Mentor junior developers and lead problem-solving initiatives
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering or automation development
- Proficient in UiPath, including hands-on experience with RPA, Document Understanding, and AI-driven workflows
- Experience integrating automations via APIs, databases, and web services
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, C#, or Go
- Experience building cloud-native, distributed systems (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
- Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams
Bonus Points If You Have
- Certification in UiPath
- Experience developing software in the healthcare industry
- Knowledge of big data frameworks and analytics platforms
- Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines
- Mentoring or leadership experience
Education & Certifications You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or Associate’s degree with 7 years of relevant experience)
- Uipath certification preferred
