Responsibilities
- Oversee on-site compliance team to ensure timely completion of leases and reporting.
- Maintain vacancy and housing authority waitlists.
- Ensure files comply with housing authority guidelines and standards.
- Update state monitoring databases monthly as required.
- Prequalify applicants' income and screenings for vacant units.
- Facilitate lease signings for new and renewing tenants.
- Track and notify housing authority of transfer inquiries and requests.
- Maintain up-to-date compliant documentation/forms for site staff.
- Provide superior customer service to residents and prospective tenants.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
