Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of individual contributors and supervisors with clear growth paths.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external safety, security, and supply chain regulations.
- Utilize data and insights for problem solving and continuous operational improvement.
- Plan labor and capacity daily, weekly, and monthly, coordinating with staffing partners.
- Identify and reduce process defects to improve quality, cost, and service levels.
- Conduct weekly stand-up meetings for planning, communication, and feedback.
- Implement finance controls to prevent revenue and cost leakage.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field, or equivalent experience.
