Who you are:
As a Data Engineer II, you will lead the development and implementation of ETL processes to integrate various sources. You’ll play an important role in designing and building scalable and reliable data infrastructures. You’ll use your strong problem-solving skills to ensure that the systems are performing optimally and meet our high standards. You believe in effective communication and will have the opportunity to address potential problems and solutions to complex issues.
What you’ll do:
Develop and maintain data pipelines to automate data ingestion and processing
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data requirements and ensure data infrastructure meets business needs
Develop and enforce data governance policies and standards
Monitor data infrastructure and performance to identify and resolve issues
Stay up to date with industry trends and new technologies in data engineering
Always take action using integrity, caring, and excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
What you’ll need:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
2+ Years of experience as a data engineer or in a related role
Strong understanding of database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL
Expertise in ETL tools like Informatica
Knowledge of data modeling and schema design
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Additional Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with Big Data technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, Python, Kafka, Hive and Cloud native data engineering technologies
Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms like BlueConic, Tealium, Segment
Familiarity working Martech and digital apps integrations and activations
Knowledgeable in AI foundational skills ( Gen Ai, MCP , A2A,ADK )
