Responsibilities
- Manage daily custody operations including frequent trips to secured facilities.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and issues via Zendesk in both Italian and English.
- Serve as liaison between customers and internal teams for efficient issue resolution.
- Translate and maintain Help Center articles and marketing content for Italian users.
- Collaborate with product and content teams to validate Italian translations on public platforms.
- Update runbooks, procedures, and internal documentation with department heads.
- Identify and implement process improvements and workflow efficiencies.
- Provide occasional on-call weekend coverage and maintain flexibility during the week.
- Maintain strong knowledge of Gemini products and policies.
Education
- Relevant education or equivalent work experience in customer support or related fields.
