- Engage with customers in person and over the phone to provide financial products and services
- Complete comprehensive training program to understand the business and culture
- Handle multiple tasks and provide excellent customer service
- Manage daily operations and lead a small team or department upon completion of training
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Some college or military experience preferred
