THE ROLE:

As a DevOps Engineer, you'll work directly with the leadership team to build the core AI-driven platform that empowers government contractors to be 10x more effective in identifying and winning bids. Your work will directly influence the future of government contracting, impacting businesses across industries. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to shape and scale our DevOps function as the company grows, establishing best practices and laying the foundation for our future infrastructure and compliance strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage all infrastructure environments

• Own the compliance and security requirements process end-to-end

• Build internal tooling solutions to support and automate security, compliance, deployments, CI/CD, internal mechanisms, etc.

• Support data governance and traceability flows

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Cloud & Infrastructure Automation: Experience managing AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, or on-prem private cloud with Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, etc. for automated deployments.

• Security & Compliance: Strong understanding of FedRAMP High, NIST 800-171, and CMMC Level 2 with hands-on experience in security automation, IAM policies, and vulnerability management.

• Monitoring & Incident Response: Proficiency in SIEM tools like Splunk or ELK, container security (Falco, Aqua), and automated alerting for intrusion detection and compliance enforcement.

• Automation & Optimization: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, Helm, and auto-scaling solutions to optimize performance and ensure system reliability.

• Experience with modern observability tools such as OpenTelemetry, Grafana, or Loki is a strong plus, demonstrating readiness to enable real-time, scalable monitoring and performance optimization.
