A Little More About The role:
The Regional Manager, ICHRA Account Management, champions and improves the Gravie ICHRA employer experience by overseeing a team of account managers. This position is primarily responsible for the retention and satisfaction of our ICHRA clients. Gravie’s ICHRA client-base is growing rapidly, and this manager will be critical to the success of the ICHRA business unit as it scales.
You will:
· Work with Director, ICHRA Account Management & Implementation, to drive goals, standards, metrics and processes for the ICHRA Account Management department.
· Manage and develop a team of ICHRA Account Managers.
· Relentlessly work to instill the highest level of customer service and product subject-matter expertise in all ICHRA Account Managers through individual skill assessment, training and development and strong processes and tools.
· Ensure direct reports’ overall performance aligns with account management standards.
· Ensure direct reports deliver high quality, quarterly check-in’s and renewals, and are utilizing the ICHRA Account Manager playbook as their guide
· Serve as a subject-matter expert and resource for ICHRA Account Management team questions on Gravie solutions and processes.
· Identify opportunities to create scalable, process-focused tools to ensure Account Managers understand the needs of their employers and work all year to ensure our products and services meet or exceed their needs.
· Review client assignments and assist in distributing new sales to Account Managers.
· Work closely with peers and Director, ICHRA Account Management & Implementation, to identify overall trends, successes and concerns.
· Support the ICHRA Account Management team in solving complex problems, unravel complicated issues and ensure the highest employer satisfaction.
· Support the ICHRA Account Management team with meeting preparation.
· Participate in strategy, design and implementation of new products and technology.
· Be comfortable with addressing and consulting on escalated employer issues.
· Demonstrate commitment to the core Gravie competencies of being authentic, curious, creative and outcome-oriented.
You bring:
· A Bachelor's degree
· 5+ years of experience in Account Management in the benefits industry, ideally with ICHRA-specific knowledge
· Dedication and passion around helping people navigate the world of health insurance and benefits. Coaching, mentoring and developing people to provide outstanding service. You're analytical and embrace building strong relationships with your direct reports and Gravie's employers.
· Previous experience supervising others, providing feedback or shaping practices and processes in the health insurance space
· Demonstrated success using metrics and data to help drive analysis and recommendations
· Extensive knowledge and understanding of individual health insurance and benefit products
· Ability to deal with ambiguity, shift gears comfortably, and decide and act without having the total picture

The salary range for this position is $84,800 - $141,300 annually. Numerous factors including, but not limited to, educations, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. will be considered when determining compensation.
