We're looking for a highly skilled and passionate Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Leader with deep expertise in test automation to guide our quality initiatives. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for defining and implementing our QA strategy, building and mentoring a high-performing QA team, and driving the adoption of robust test automation frameworks and practices. You'll ensure our software products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance, playing a critical part in our product development lifecycle.
You will:
· Define, develop, and implement the overall QA strategy and roadmap, aligning it with company objectives and product release cycles.
· Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable and efficient test automation frameworks and solutions (e.g., UI, API, performance, security automation). Drive the adoption of automation best practices across all projects.
· Build, mentor, and grow a talented team of QA engineers and automation specialists. Foster a culture of quality, continuous learning, and innovation within the team.
· Establish and optimize QA processes, methodologies, and standards (e.g., test planning, test case management, defect tracking, release criteria).
· Work closely with product management, engineering leads, and other cross-functional teams to embed quality throughout the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to deployment.
· Oversee the creation of comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test data. Monitor test execution, analyze results, and report on quality metrics.
· Establish effective defect reporting, tracking, and resolution processes.
· Evaluate, recommend, and implement QA tools and technologies that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
· Identify potential quality risks and develop mitigation strategies.
· Guide the implementation of performance, load, and scalability testing strategies to ensure product robustness.
You bring:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
· 7+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or senior-level role managing QA teams or initiatives.
· Demonstrated expertise in designing, developing, and implementing test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and/or API applications.
· Strong proficiency with common programming/scripting languages used in test automation (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C#).
· Extensive experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, JUnit, TestNG, Pytest, Postman, Rest Assured).
· Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus.
· Solid understanding of software development methodologies, particularly Agile (Scrum, Kanban).
· Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into the build process.
· Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Xray, Azure DevOps, TestRail).
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
· Define and track key quality metrics to measure effectiveness and drive continuous Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

The salary range for this position is $97,500 - $162,500 annually. Numerous factors including, but not limited to, educations, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. will be considered when determining compensation.
