Responsibilities
- Support monthly financial close including reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analysis
- Maintain and distribute recurring financial and operational reports using Excel, DB Analytics, and Domo
- Analyze trends in profitability, billing, and department performance
- Prepare reporting packages for leadership including budgets and KPI dashboards
- Audit and manage master data for standardization in ERP systems
- Serve as subject matter expert in SamPro system workflows and modules
- Support user access reviews and permission requests to maintain system controls
- Test new system features and maintain system documentation and SOPs
- Assist users in ERP navigation and troubleshoot non-IT related issues
- Monitor data integration and reporting tools, troubleshoot discrepancies, and optimize dashboards
- Collaborate with operations and client management to improve financial visibility and resolve issues
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field
