Staff/Sr. Staff Engineer, ATE Test
Skills
- Expertise in ATE testing platforms like Teradyne UltraFLEX, Advantest 93k.
- Strong RF, analog, and power product test knowledge and DFT experience.
- Hands-on experience with test hardware, load board, and probe card design.
- Software development skills in C, C++, Visual Basic, Python.
- Familiarity with common test and measurement equipment.
- Knowledge of wireless standards including IEEE 802.11 and Bluetooth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Capability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Lead test engineering deliverables and strategies for new RF SoC products.
- Develop and implement test hardware and software for ATE systems.
- Collaborate with design and DFT teams to optimize test coverage.
- Develop calibration and testing algorithms for RF parameters.
- Ensure manufacturability and cost efficiency in test solutions.
- Document test plans and coordinate test activities internally and externally.
- Troubleshoot and optimize RF hardware including load boards and probe cards.
- Support production readiness with training and ongoing manufacturing support.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
