.Net Full Stack Developer

Overview

Integral Federal is seeking a skilled Mid-Level ASP.NET Full Stack Developer to support the Enterprise Interment Services System (EISS) program, a mission-critical web-based application supporting Arlington National Cemetery and other U.S. Army cemeteries. The developer will work as part of an Agile DevSecOps team to enhance, maintain, and modernize a secure .NET-based system deployed in AWS GovCloud.

This role requires a balance of hands-on coding, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and participation in full lifecycle development, from design through deployment and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable web applications using C#/.NET Core, Blazor, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
• Collaborate with business analysts and testers to refine user stories and deliver functionality aligned with mission needs.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives) and DevSecOps workflows.
• Support CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, contributing to automated build, test, and deployment workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production and UAT defects.
• Follow secure coding standards and perform peer code reviews.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• 4–7 years of experience in software development, including full-stack .NET web development
• Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, SQL Server, RESTful APIs
• Experience with Blazor and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with AngularJS (legacy frontend framework)
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git repositories, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with minimal direction
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to obtain a DoD Secret clearance; active Secret clearance is preferred
• Must be able to obtain a Security+ certification within 3 months of start date; active Security+ is preferred

Preferred:

• Experience with AWS
• Experience with secure software development and static code analysis tools (e.g., SonarQube)
• Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity standards, and RMF/ATO processes
• Prior experience supporting Army or DoD applications
• Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., NUnit, Cypress)
• AWS Certification (e.g., Solutions Architect)
