UVC/UAS Tech Lead Position

Responsibilities
- Maintain technical expertise and stay updated on new technologies
- Prepare and present technical briefings
- Document plans and lead teams to achieve program objectives
- Assist in onboarding weapons systems non-Launched Effects UAS and Uncrewed Ground Vehicle platforms within UVC construct
- Develop user walkthroughs to capture user needs
- Develop integration plans and negotiate with vendors
- Lead SRR or LASSO UVC integration efforts
- Identify program synergies across product offices
- Maintain relationships with user and requirements communities
- Review ROMs and PWSs from a technical perspective
Education
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
